Available lithium-ion battery chemistries

Fengyun batteries can be produced with different chemical compositions according to customers‘ requirements for the production of lithium-ion batteries. We always pursue the best quality by adopting the most advanced international standards .

LiCoO2-Lithium Cobaltate

Due to its high specific energy characteristics, this chemical is a popular choice for notebook computers, mobile phones, digital cameras and electric bicycles. The battery uses graphitic carbon as the anode and cobalt oxide as the cathode. Cobalt is the active material that gives the battery its characteristics.

LiMnO2- lithium manganese

LiMnO2 battery is famous for its characteristics such as fast charging and high current discharging and moderate heat accumulation. These batteries can accumulate and discharge with normal heat at a current of 20-30A . It may discharge under 50A pulse load, but it also depends on other specifications. These batteries are the best choice for power tools, medical equipment, remote control toys, hybrid cars and electric cars .

NCM- Nickel Cobalt Manganese

The chemical method is a combination of nickel - manganese - cobalt. These batteries can be customized as power batteries or energy batteries. NMC is a better choice for electric tools, electric bicycles and other electric vehicles. Due to the combined use of hybrid lithium ion and NMC , the cost can be reduced, and the battery is cost-efficient and has very good performance
